Every person using a forklift, or other powered industrial truck has to be certified at least every three years – or you run the risk of serious OSHA fines.
Compass Group EHS offers Safety Training and Certification, to teach workers how to use these powered industrial trucks. We teach about what the hazards associated with them are, and about the specific regulations your company must abide by to achieve and maintain OSHA compliance.
Every year an average of 100 workers die and 36,000 workers suffer serious injuries in accidents that occur on or around forklifts. Our Forklift Safety Training course helps operators safely use, load, maintain, and operate forklifts and prevent accidents. These vehicles are powerful pieces of machinery, and OSHA requires each operator to be properly trained.
Please note: OSHA requires that training must be done at the employer’s site, using the employer’s equipment
